Ryan Jackson is Human Head Studios’ Executive Producer and a veteran in the video game industry. Originally from Utah, Ryan received his degree in Astrophysics from Florida Institute of Technology before realizing video games might be a better fit. His first job in the industry was quality assurance for Acclaim Entertainment in 2002. Ryan then worked for a myriad of companies, including Namco and EA Maxis, before coming to Wisconsin to work for Raven and eventually Human Head. He began here as an Embedded QA Tester which ultimately led to producing. His favorite part about working for Human Head is the diverse challenges and rewards from the variety of games we’ve developed over the years. Ryan has his hands in multiple projects at any given time - currently, his main focus is Survived By. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys writing and playing tabletop games such as Exalted and Dungeons & Dragons.
Advice for Aspiring Producers:
“A good producer needs to know a little about everything, which makes it difficult to know a lot about something. Luckily, you are surrounded by experts whose advice will be invaluable. Take it.”
Three Games that Everyone Should Play:

3. Bloodborne - “Not since my World of Warcraft days have I been as obsessed with a game as I was with Bloodborne.”
