What is GOTHICA?
GOTHICA is our line of horror-themed board games. Originally conceptualized by Origins Award-winner Matt Forbeck. Each game uses the same core set of rules, each with unique twists and special abilities, and are fully-interchangeable.

Is there a base set to purchase?
Any of the core sets (the "character sets" such as Dracula's Revenge or Frankenstein's Children) are playable as standalone games. The upcoming expansion packs (named after locations instead of characters) build on those core sets and are usable with any of them!

Why the price change?
There was a significant change in component cost between our first GOTHICA game, Dracula's Revenge, and our second, Frankenstein's Children. Instead of using components of inferior quality, we opted to provide the same standard of quality throughout all our games. We strove to make the impact as small as possible while providing top-quality games at fair prices. All copies of Dracula's Revenge will remain at their original Suggested Retail Price of US$29.95 while subsequent character sets will be at US$34.95.

Stop by the Card & Board Game forum at the Green Ronin site with your questions. The forums are checked routinely and your questions will be answered as soon as possible.

I can't find GOTHICA games in my local area, what are my options?
Our games are avaiable from every major distributor in the world through our publisher, Green Ronin Publishing. If your store carries any of their fine products (Mythic Vistas, Mutants & Masterminds, etc) then they can get our games! Stop by the Green Ronin website for more info!
